     How long will it take to receive my order?

    - Please consider the following when placing orders, especially for time-sensitive events.

    - Handling time varies based on the item's location and type:

      - In-stock or custom orders: 2-4 business days for preparation.

      - In-stock merchandise in our domestic USA warehouse: Ships within a week.

      - Merchandise in international warehouses: Ships within a week; may take up to 12 business days for delivery.

      - Custom-made bespoke corsets: Average production time is 4-6 weeks.

    After shipment:

      - Domestic orders: 6-10 business days (varies based on local postal service efficiency).

      - International orders: 8-12 business days (delivery times may vary).

    - Please note that shipping times can be affected by customs clearance or public holidays. If your package is delayed beyond the estimates, contact us at info@shawnandrea.com.

     Will I receive a printed invoice?-

     We are environmentally conscious. Instead of a printed invoice, you'll find a link to your invoice in order and shipping confirmation emails. Can't find it? Email us at info@shawnandrea.com for a copy.

    • How much does it cost to ship my order?

    - We offer flat rate shipping of $6.99 for orders under $100 USD.

    - Enjoy FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on orders over $100 USD.

     Delivery and Tracking

    - You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven't received it, email us at info@shawnandrea.com. Tracking may activate a few days after shipment; check the courier's website if it's not yet visible.


    - It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that she/he entered the correct address.  Ensure your address is correct as we can't guarantee changes due to our shipping schedule. We're not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If your order has shipped, we can't change the address. We can help if the package is returned to us.


    - You may be charged customs taxes or duties; you're responsible for these fees. Contact your country's customs office for rates.

    - Shipments from our warehouses are delivered duty unpaid. Customers pay customs or import duties upon destination country arrival. Customers cover return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

    - We can't declare items as 

    gifts or lower their actual product price to comply with customs regulations.
