Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Assuming the product is not defective, and you purchased your product(s) during a giveaway*, and you want to return it for your money back there are three options: (remember though that after the giveaway ends, we will no longer except returns). Used cosmetics cannot be returned.
- Keep Your Item: You can choose to keep your item and you keep your entries in the giveaway.
- Mail us Back the Item for a refund to your original form of payment . The item(s) must be in new, sellable condition. Your entries will be removed from the current giveaway. This must be done within 15 days of receiving of your merchandise.
- Mail us Back the Item for Store Credit: The item(s) must be in new, sellable condition. We will give you store credit for the value of your order and your entries will be removed from the current giveaway. When you spend the credit in the future you will get those entries. Once we receive your item(s), our support team will contact you with a unique checkout code to use on a future order. This must be done within 15 days of receiving your merchandise.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Shawn Andrea does not issue store credit or refunds for the original shipping charges.
All items with prices ending in .99 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit or a refund.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Returns Policy
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, and cosmetics are non-returnable.
All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
All returns are refunded to your original form of payment or via store credit in the form of a Shawn Andrea E-Gift Card .
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages can not be processed through our distributors. The package will be destroyed by the courier and you will not receive a refund.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Store Exchanges
Because we can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time we receive your return, except in very limited circumstances, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. However, if the item is available, we will exchange it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health, personal care items, and cosmetics
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of receipt.

- Swimwear
- With limited exceptions SHAWN ANDREA does not pay for return shipping.
