Refund Policy:
We want to clarify our refund policy for you. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we provide store credit in the form of a Shawn Andrea E-Gift Card when a return meets our exchange requirements.
Returns Policy:
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your package, provided it meets our exchange criteria. Remember, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we offer store credit once your return complies with our requirements.
Please be aware that returns or exchanges will not be accepted beyond the 7-day window, and any returns sent outside of this period will be either returned to you or destroyed without a refund. Additionally, there is a 20% restocking fee, and the difference will be provided as store credit only. Items labeled as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
To ensure a successful return, please adhere to these guidelines:
1. Return items within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
3. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, fragrance, or wear.
4. Merchandise must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including accessories, cosmetics, candles, bodysuits, formal dresses, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale."
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your items. Please include an order packing slip with your return that clearly indicates your name and the items being returned to avoid processing delays.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, so keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees when sending returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, making it unlikely to receive damaged merchandise. However, if you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately. If the item does not match the original condition, no store credit will be issued, and the item will be destroyed.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages:
Packages may be returned if the address is invalid or missing information, the carrier can't deliver it, or the customer refuses delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process these returned-to-sender or refused packages, and they will be destroyed without a refund.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
We cannot guarantee that the desired style or size will be available for an exchange. However, if the item is in stock, we will exchange it for you. To ensure you get what you want, return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If your original packing slip is lost, include a note with your full name and order number, specifying your exchange preference. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card.

Important.
With limited exceptions, items purchased during a GIVEAWAY period are not eligible for return once the GIVEAWAY ends.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If you're shipping merchandise to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
